Those undertaken include, among others:
- Preparation of a detailed Implementation Plan with a complete project control system.
- Assessment of the amendments that may be required and preparation of a detailed calculation of the work required, in order to develop additional reports and intrfaces.
- Coordination of all changes required and amendments to be made, in order to ensure compliance with the interface standards, integrity of the central system and realization of any future amendment or improvement of the system without disruption.
- Implementation of a detailed training and educational program with the main project executives.
- Evaluation of all requirements regarding system peripherals and terminals and assurance that these are appropriate for meeting the requirements of the applications covered by the implementation plan. Particular attention is paid to performance, response time and competence balancing.
- Designing and supervision of the installation, including pre-operation tests, user training and live operation of the system. It is a critical point of the implementation, in which OPTIMUM has remarkable performance.
